Shipping Information

We always try our best to prepare all orders within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will leave our warehouse on Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.  

Shipping costs to Spain are 4,5€. The shipping rates to the rest of Europe are 6€. Free shipping for orders above 250€.

US / Canada — 8€

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on couturierstore.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt. In order to return the products, please, first send an email to lecouturierstore@gmail.com informing about the order number and pieces you wish to return. We only accept returns that have been requested to us by email during the 7 days following the order receipt. Returned merchandise must be in perfect conditions with its original labels,tags and envelopes (specially shoes, ceramics and jewellery). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Delivery to Non-EU countries can incure additional custom duties and value taxes (VAT), which are not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website.
